I went to Master Class by Minetti Quartett last week.
They came from Austria. The musical students played a piece of string quartet in front of them, then they gave a comment.
This is what they said.
1) think about the tempo on the music sheet. 'What is " Allegro ma non troppo" ?'
2) think about the key " what is C minor "
3) don't listen only to your sound. Correct all of your sounds at middle space.
4) what does sforzand mean?
5) your violin should be part of your body
I could learn a lot of things from them.
It was free for the public. Thank you.
