Food

告白しますと、日本で毎日飲んでいた味噌汁を、一切飲まなくなりました。

大好きな納豆も、鮭フレークも、ごはんですよも、食べなくなりました。

さらに、週2回ほど食べていた魚も、ここ半年くらい食べていません。

私が思うに、中国、韓国、台湾、日本からきた人たちのほとんどはアジアンスーパーで買い物をします。

うちからは車で30分ほどかかるので、土日のどちらかに行きます。

そこに行けば、ほぼなんでもあります！

しかし、私は車で30分かけてスーパーに行って、休日の半分を潰すのが嫌なので、

普段は平日に近くのスーパーに一人で行きます。

そこには味噌汁の具になる もやしや、お麩や、絹どうふ、アジのひらきやししゃもなんてないわけです。

(こう書いていると無性に食べたくなってきた！)

でも一番食べたいのは卵かけご飯です。

こっちの生卵は食べないほうがいいと聞いたので、必ず日を通してから食べています。

ああ、愛しの卵かけご飯……… 

そして肉をメインに食べなくなってから3ヶ月…魚も肉も食べずに何食べてんだ？って感じですが、

アメリカン巨大マッシュルームや キャベツや 硬い豆腐(賞味期限約2ヶ月って長すぎません？)なんかを食べてます。

食って変わるもんですねー。(我が家だけ？)

最近は野菜スープとおにぎりのみの夕飯を続けて3週間。

おにぎりが上手に作れるようになってきました。

To be honest with you, I ceased to drink Miso-soup which I used to drink everyday.

I also ceased to eat Natto, Salmon flakes and pasted sea weed that used to be my favorites.

And I haven't eat fish for almost 6months,even though I used to have it twice a week.

 

I think almost all people who came from China,Taiwan,Korea,Japan go to Asian grocery store.

It takes 30minutes from my home. So my neighbors go to there on Saturday or Sunday.

There are everything we need.

However,I don't like to spend time to go shopping on weekend.

I go to the grocery store near by my place on weekdays by myself.

There're not Moyashi(sprout), Fu,tender Tohu,horse mackerel....

(Oh, I'm getting to want to have them!!!)

But the dish that I want to eat most is raw egg with rice.

I heard we can't eat raw eggs in here, so I always eat egg after heated.

Oh, I really want to eat raw egg with rice.

We also haven't eat meat as main dish for 3months.

We don't eat fish and meat. So what do we eat ? We have big mashrooms (Portobello Mushroom),cabbage, firm Tohu..like that.

We changed our custom naturally even though it is said that old habits die hard.

Additionally, We have had only vegetables soup and rice ball for dinner for almost 3weeks.

I got to make rice ball (Onigiri) better.
